The dispenser works very well. The times and alarms are easy to set by following the instructions, and the carousel compartments hold several tablets or capsules with ease.
I did find it a little difficult to retrieve tablets from the individual compartments when setting up the dispenser. Although my finger could reach into the compartments, my fingertip couldn’t quite scoop out small tablets that had settled right at the far end. Turning the dispenser upside down wasn’t really an option, as this would have tipped out the other compartments that had already been loaded.
Other than this minor issue, it’s a great device—well thought out, practical, and very easy to use. I’m very happy with it overall.

The lid does not close easily with a click to confirm it is closed. The lock is clunky to use. But does function ok.

Excellent product in so many ways. Stops HWP taking meds accidentally, as in evening pills at breakfast time.
A bit difficult to unlock, the key is small for clumsy fingers.
There is a nack to getting the meds to rotate at the right time when filling. Meds are not stuck in the holes as they can be using the chemist dispensers.
A template to label your own ratio/ routine would be great. HWP currently takes meds at 8 am , 7.30 pm and 8.30 pm. So we use the Morning, Noon and night coloured disk. As the alarms are set for those times he can’t access any meds at luncheon. However if he went to hospital etc it could be confusing. Overall a great product and I'm finding it very reassuring he isn’t taking medication when he shouldn’t be. Thank you It has wonderful loud, annoying alarm.

We bought two of these for my mum who had issues with webster packs. Now once she accepted this , it's been less stressful for all . Liaising with our local chemist and mums support people it's making life easier for everyone, and also knowing no more missing medication or over medicating. One small issue we had was every now and then a pill would get wedged at the thin end and if not careful can get left in there. If possible the labels should be a little bigger, but otherwise all good

Great product, the instrutions are terrible, please write a easier to read step by step manual, or even better a comprehensive instruction video, i would give it 5 stars.
